Preimplantation genetic diagnosis - allows to detect the presence of genetic disorders and prevent their transmission to embryos. This study is used to exclude possible monogenic diseases and structural deformations even before transfer to the uterine cavity of embryos.  

Non-invasive prenatal testing is the study of extracellular blood DNA, which reveals anomalies of sex chromosomes, as well as Down syndrome, Patau and Edwards syndromes. The accuracy of the results of this analysis is 99.7%.

VITRIFICATION OF EGGS

Vitrification is a technology to preserve fertility. With the help of it, it is possible to preserve the reproductive potential of the oocytes (level that was at the time of the procedure) and postpone pregnancy. Indications for vitrification of eggs are:

Cancer diseases; 

Multiple operations on the ovaries; 

Weak response of the patient's ovaries; 

Risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. 

Using this method, 97% of eggs remain active, since they are not damaged as in traditional methods of freezing (there is no effect of ice crystals formation).

This clinic uses the most effective option of vitrification - Cryotop. Its use gives 65% success of treatment with the onset of pregnancy.

EMBRYOSCOPY IN IVI FERTILITY CLINIC MADRID

This is a unique technology, by which it is possible to observe the formation of the fetus in real time. Embryoscope is an incubator with a built-in video camera - with its help you can even trace the process of cell division.

State of embryos ready for implantation is selected using this method. The probability of successful implantation is increased by 20%, if doctors detect the slightest deviations, which can cause complications - those embryos are not used.

IMMUNOMAGNETIC SEPARATION OF CELLS (MACS) IN IVI MADRID

The MACS method is the technology of selecting the best spermatozoa by removing apoptotic (unable to survive). This approach makes it possible to increase the probability of pregnancy by 10-15%.

The separation process involves the use of magnetic particles with antibodies that determine substandard spermatozoa and prevent them from getting to healthy ones. With the help of MACS method, only spermatozoa with optimal characteristics are allowed for fertilization.

INTRACYTOPLASMIC INJECTION OF SPERMATOZOID

 

ICSI is an auxiliary method for IVF, it is process of directly combining the sperm and the egg. This is necessary in order to facilitate the process of fertilization with:

Decreased motility of spermatozoa; 

Use of cryopreserved sperm; 

Presence of infectious diseases or immunity disorders; 

Pathologies in the structure of spermatozoa.
